2010 International Surf Day Coming June 20th
Not only can Dad go to the beach he can check out International Surfing Day at Isla Blanca Park. Sunday June 20th will be Surfrider Foundations 4th Annual "teach the kids" free surfing lessons at the Isla Blanca Pavillion. TGSA State Championships 2010
Saturday June 11th, some great surf and no OIL for the 2010 TGSA State Surfing Championships. Congrats go to our own Devin De la Garza for a 2nd place finish in Mini Grom Division and a great third place finish for Kendrick McCormack. WAY TO GO GUYS !
Still No Oil on South Padre Beaches

Andy Hancocks fantastic handpainted Tiki is bought by Tommy Saenz for $500, framed pics from Wade Dunkin go for over $200 in the silent auction. Great night for all, the entertainment was awesome, the food kept coming and the stoke was high. The two round trip continental tickets were won by local Surfer Mark Scott and the On The Beach board was won by a lucky Spring Texas internet competitor. |

Friday Dec 18th, 7:30 pm after the Christmas Parade. On The Beach will be showing the most anticipated surf flick of the fall, The Drifter. Taylor Steele once again shows why he is one of the best surf movie directors of all time. The movie follows Rob Machado thru a summer of soul searching in Indonesia. We will be giving away all the goodies in the pic including soundtrack CD's from, Stardeath and the White Dwarfs, The Raconteurs, Tegan and Sara Sainthood and the Black Keys.
